We always heard it's about the realtor when it comes to buying! And this couldn't be more true. As a military family moving from overseas after 7 years with 4 children in tow, finding the right house, location, area and school were of the utmost importance! Having no experience of buying stateside this was a very scary prospect. I had to travel alone and put not just myself, but my family and complete trust in a stranger, in a strange city I knew nothing about! My first few days were wasted on 2 other realtors and then I met loralee! To say she is the best is not only an understatement, but also the view of her colleagues and well documented and acknowledged in the numerous nominations, accolades and awards for being number 1! And with very good reason. She totally listens to the needs of your family, how you live, your lifestyle what your looking for. She knows all the areas good, bad and otherwise and guides and informs you based on what your needs and realistic expectations are. Warm, friendly, doesn't waste your time on houses that are unsuitable but also leads you to ones that you may not have considered so that she can give you a true picture of whats out there and that can turn out to be the best for you. Loralees dedication and expertise completely changed my view on almost not wanting to move! I cannot recommend her more highly and any buyer would be hard pushed to find a more genuine, helpful or commited realtor to helping them find their dream home. (less)
